- Submit false, misleading, harmful, or malicious information
- Copy or reuse our website content without permission
- Use our content, layouts, designs, or materials for unlawful or harmful purposes

3. Service Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe our services accurately. However, website content is provided for general information only and does not guarantee that every service will be suitable for every business, website, platform, or project.
Final service scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and requirements will be confirmed through a written proposal, invoice, agreement, email, or project discussion.
4. Quotes and Proposals
Any quote, estimate, or proposal we provide is based on the information available at the time.
A quote may change if:
- The project scope changes
- Additional pages, features, products, integrations, or revisions are requested
- The client provides incomplete or inaccurate information
- Third-party platform limitations or technical issues are discovered
- Additional troubleshooting, migration, cleanup, or custom development is required
Work begins only after both parties agree on the scope, timeline, and payment terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
To complete a project successfully, the client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, including:
- Website content
- Images, logos, branding, and media assets
- Login access or permissions where required
- Product data, service details, or project requirements
- Feedback and approvals
- Third-party account access when needed
- Legal pages, policies, and business-specific compliance requirements
Project timelines may be affected if required materials, access, feedback, or approvals are delayed.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed before the project begins.
Depending on the project, payment may be required as:
- Full upfront payment
- Deposit and final payment
- Milestone-based payment
- Monthly retainer
- Ongoing maintenance fee
Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused work, delayed delivery, restricted access, or suspension of ongoing support.
All fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Revisions and Scope Changes
Project revisions are limited to the agreed scope.
A revision means a reasonable change to existing work already included in the project. It does not include a full redesign, new feature, new page, new integration, new automation, major structural change, or work outside the approved scope.
Additional work may require a separate quote or additional fee.
8. Project Timelines
We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. However, timelines may change due to:
- Delayed client feedback
- Missing content or access
- Third-party platform issues
- Hosting/server issues
- Plugin or theme conflicts
- API limitations
- Unexpected technical errors
- Expanded project scope
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, client-side delays, platform downtime, or issues outside our control.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Many projects may involve third-party platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Elementor, Monday.com, Google tools, plugins, themes, hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, or automation tools.
We are not responsible for:
- Changes made by third-party platforms
- Plugin or theme updates that break functionality
- Third-party outages or downtime
- API changes or restrictions
- Subscription costs or licensing fees
- Account suspension by third-party providers
- Limitations of tools selected by the client
The client is responsible for maintaining active subscriptions, licenses, hosting, domains, and third-party accounts unless otherwise agreed.
10. Website Access and Credentials
If access credentials are required, the client is responsible for providing correct and authorized access.
We recommend creating temporary user accounts or limited-access permissions where possible. After the project is completed, the client may update passwords or remove access.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect access, expired credentials, unauthorized third-party changes, or access restrictions beyond our control.
11. Content and Materials
The client confirms that they own or have permission to use all content, images, videos, logos, trademarks, product details, fonts, graphics, and other materials provided for the project.
The client is responsible for ensuring that their website content is accurate, lawful, original, and does not infringe on another party’s rights.
We are not liable for copyright, trademark, privacy, or legal issues related to materials supplied by the client.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- The client owns the final approved website content and design assets created specifically for their project after full payment is received.
- Ael Techie Workz may retain ownership of reusable methods, templates, workflows, code snippets, internal processes, and general knowledge used to complete the work.
- Third-party tools, plugins, themes, stock assets, fonts, and software remain subject to their own licenses.
We may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
13. Website Maintenance and Updates
Websites require ongoing maintenance to remain secure, functional, and updated.
Unless a maintenance plan is included, the client is responsible for:
- Updating plugins, themes, and software
- Renewing hosting, domains, SSL, and licenses
- Monitoring website security
- Backing up the website
- Testing forms, checkout, and integrations
- Fixing issues caused by updates or third-party changes
Ongoing maintenance may be offered as a separate service.
14. No Guaranteed Results
We aim to provide high-quality digital services, but we do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, traffic, sales, leads, revenue, conversion rates, AdSense approval, Google Ads approval, or platform approval.
SEO, advertising, website performance, and monetization results may depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market demand, content quality, budget, user behavior, platform policies, and third-party algorithms.
16. Termination of Services
Either party may end a project or service arrangement by written notice.
If a project is terminated after work has started, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed, time spent, third-party costs, and any agreed non-refundable fees.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a client engages in abusive behavior, unlawful activity, non-payment, repeated scope changes without approval, or requests work that violates laws, platform policies, or ethical standards.
17. External Links
Our website may contain links to external websites or third-party resources. These links are provided for convenience only.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, policies, or practices of external websites.
